In-House UV Printing for Commercial Signs in Corona, CA

Majestic Sign Studio uses flatbed UV printing as part of a complete commercial sign-production workflow. We help businesses, property managers, contractors and organizations turn approved artwork into professionally produced rigid-media signs, branded panels, displays and custom signage components.

Because the equipment is located within our Corona production facility, our team can coordinate direct-to-substrate printing with design, material selection, routing, cutting, finishing, assembly and installation. The result is not simply a printed board—it is a sign developed for its intended business environment.

This gives commercial clients access to UV printing on acrylic and rigid materials within a broader sign-design and fabrication process—not as a standalone consumer printing service.

Is Your UV-Printing Project a Good Fit?

Group 666

Our UV-printing capabilities are primarily used for commercial signs, branded environments, rigid display panels and business-identification projects.
The best-fit projects have a defined business purpose, such as identifying a location, directing visitors, presenting a brand, communicating information or supporting a commercial display.

Single personal items, gifts and one-off requests to print a photograph or design onto a loose customer-supplied object are generally outside our primary scope.

If you are considering wood, glass or another specialty material, tell us how the finished piece will be used as part of your sign or branded display. Our team will evaluate the complete application—not only whether ink can be placed on the surface.

UV Printing Is a Production Capability—Not the Finished Sign

Group 666

Flatbed UV printing is a digital production method in which ink is applied directly to a flat substrate and cured with ultraviolet light during printing. This process can produce detailed graphics on many rigid sign materials without first printing onto adhesive vinyl and mounting it to a panel.

For a commercial sign project, however, print quality is only one consideration. The artwork must be readable at the intended scale. The substrate must be suitable for its environment. Colors, finishes, mounting details and installation conditions must also work together.

Majestic approaches UV printing from a sign manufacturer’s perspective. Before production, we consider:

Commercial Sign Applications for Flatbed UV Printing

Group 666

Direct-to-substrate UV printing can support a range of commercial signage and display projects. The correct construction method depends on the artwork, environment, viewing distance, material and desired finish.

It is especially useful as UV printing for rigid display panels that must coordinate with other signs, fabricated components or branded elements.

Lobby and Office Sign Panels

UV printing can add full-color logos, patterns, gradients and branded imagery to acrylic and other rigid panels used in reception areas, conference rooms and office environments.

Printed panels may be combined with dimensional letters, standoffs, backers or additional fabricated elements to create a more complete lobby sign.

Wayfinding, Directory and Identification Signs

For offices, multifamily properties, healthcare facilities, schools and commercial buildings, UV printing can support directional signs, directory panels, informational signs and room-identification components.

The printing is planned as part of the larger sign system so typography, colors and messaging remain consistent throughout the property.

Branded Walls and Environmental Displays

Rigid printed panels can be incorporated into history walls, mission displays, donor-recognition features, company-value installations and other branded environments.

These projects may combine direct printing with routed shapes, dimensional elements or layered materials.

Commercial Real Estate and Property Signs

Flatbed UV printing can be used for selected leasing, property-identification, development, construction and post-and-panel sign faces.

Material selection and finishing are based on the installation environment, expected exposure and required service life.

Retail and Point-of-Purchase Displays

Businesses and marketing agencies can use UV-printed panels for product information, menu panels, in-store displays, promotional graphics and campaign-specific signage.

Majestic can help determine whether a lightweight display material or a more durable sign-grade substrate is appropriate.

Event, Exhibit and Presentation Graphics

UV printing can produce rigid panels for trade shows, corporate events, presentations and temporary branded environments. These panels can be coordinated with banners, wall graphics and other display components.

Prototypes and Repeat Sign Programs

When a business needs an approved design reproduced across multiple departments, properties or locations, a planned UV-printing workflow can support consistent production.

Samples or production tests may also be considered when a material, color or finish needs to be evaluated before a larger sign program moves forward.

Why Majestic’s In-House UV Printer Matters

Group 666

Access to a flatbed UV printer is valuable, but the greater advantage is how that equipment fits into the rest of the sign-production process.

Majestic operates a physical showroom and production facility in Corona. Our resources include flatbed UV printing, roll printing, CNC routing, laser cutting, engraving, laminating, sign finishing and assembly capabilities.

One Coordinated Production Workflow

Artwork preparation, printing, routing, cutting, finishing and assembly can be planned together instead of treating each stage as a separate order.

Greater Oversight of Critical Details

Our team can review artwork, alignment, color, print presentation, material finish and fabrication requirements within the same production environment.

Printing Planned Around Fabrication

A printed panel may require routed edges, custom shapes, drilled mounting holes, layered components or dimensional elements. These requirements can be addressed before the artwork reaches production.

Support for Multi-Component Projects

UV-printed panels can be coordinated with lobby signs, office signs, wayfinding systems, property signs, wall graphics and other components within a larger signage program.

A Sign Team, Not Just a Printing Service

Majestic can evaluate visibility, material suitability, fabrication, mounting, durability and installation. The objective is to deliver the right finished sign—not simply place ink onto a surface.

Rigid Sign Materials We Can Evaluate

Group 666
Majestic can evaluate various flat, rigid materials for commercial sign applications, including:

Our flatbed UV printing for specialty materials is evaluated project by project because material compatibility alone does not determine whether a substrate will produce an appropriate finished sign.

Important factors include:

Rather than asking only, “Can this material be printed?” our team asks, “Will this material produce a professional sign for the intended application?”

When necessary, we may recommend a different sign-grade substrate or a production test before full fabrication.

Customer-Supplied Wood, Glass and Specialty Materials

Majestic does not assume that every customer-supplied piece of wood, glass, tile or specialty material can be placed directly onto the printer.

The material must be reviewed for flatness, dimensions, thickness, surface condition, coating, handling risk and compatibility with the intended sign application.

Requests involving a single personal object or decorative item may not fit our commercial sign-production workflow. For accurate guidance, provide the intended business use, dimensions, quantity, installation location and desired finished result.

White and Clear Ink Capabilities

White ink can be used as an underbase when printing onto clear, colored or darker substrates, helping selected colors and artwork remain visible. It can also support designs that intentionally combine printed and transparent areas on acrylic or glass.

Clear ink can be considered for selected accents and finish effects when compatible with the artwork and substrate.

These options are evaluated during production planning because the most appropriate ink configuration depends on the material, visual objective and viewing conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Group 666
Potentially, when the material is flat, compatible with the equipment and suitable for a defined commercial sign or display application. Surface finish, coating, dimensions, thickness, adhesion and installation requirements all affect feasibility.
Majestic primarily provides commercial signage and branded-display production rather than consumer object customization. A single customer-supplied item may not be a suitable project, particularly when it is intended as a personal gift or decorative object. Contact our team with its intended commercial use, dimensions, quantity and material details before bringing it to our facility.
Customer-supplied substrates must be evaluated before they can be accepted. We consider the material’s condition, flatness, coating, consistency, handling risk and compatibility with the printer. In some cases, using a professional sign-grade material supplied by Majestic may produce a more dependable result.
Direct-to-substrate UV printing applies ink directly to a flat sign material and cures it using ultraviolet light during printing. For suitable projects, this avoids separately printing graphics onto adhesive vinyl and mounting that vinyl to a panel.

Possible applications include lobby panels, directories, wayfinding signs, branded wall displays, property signs, retail displays, event graphics and other rigid-media signage.

The best production method is determined after reviewing the application, environment, material and desired finish.

UV printing can be used for selected exterior sign applications, but UV-cured ink alone does not determine outdoor performance.

Substrate selection, ink configuration, finishing, exposure, installation and expected service life must all be considered.

Yes. Majestic can support artwork preparation, material selection, printing, routing, cutting, finishing, assembly and coordinated installation based on the project scope.
Please provide your organization name, project location, intended sign type, dimensions, quantity, indoor or outdoor placement, required timeline and whether you need design or installation. For a specialty or customer-supplied material, include clear photographs and available material specifications.
